Rich creamy whole milk from our farm in the foothills of Viola, Tennessee. This milk is rich in butterfat and has that special taste that can only come from Jersey and Guernsey cows. We pasteurize but do not homogenize our milk because we want to provide a product as close as possible to what nature provides. Since the milk is not homogenized, a cream line will form at the top. Be sure to shake it thoroughly before use. We take pride in our cows and hope that you enjoy our product.
